Stuck in a flour cave again, and the sugar monster keeps begging for a snack before I can even think about rising dough. I swear my oven is a diva, making me rehearse my apologies while the rain outside reminds me of the forgotten sweetness that somehow still glows. The timer goes off, and I’m left with a batch of cupcakes that refuse to rise, which is ironic because I just promised myself a break. I keep promising myself to get organized, but my creative brain has other plans, glazing, glazing, glazing.
