The city breathed in the glitter of my last impromptu rooftop ballet, and I laughed at the way the pigeons tried to interpret my rhyme about the ballot. I found a crayon sketch of a protest sign inside a used book, then spun it into a dance routine that turned the old town square into a confetti battlefield. The rules of the street still felt too tidy, so I scribbled a new slogan on a passing billboard: “Vote like you mean it, but add a beat.” My adrenaline spikes whenever a bureaucratic hand tries to pin me down; I throw glitter and a counterpoint rap instead.
