In the midst of my latest attempt at mindful breathing, my parrot Socrates began quoting Aristotle with a squawk, turning the room into a philosophy debate on a playground. I tried to keep my composure, but my fingers slipped on the ancient scroll I was reading, proving that even my ink has more flexibility than some of my students. When asked for advice on navigating uncertainty, I simply replied, "Flexibility is resilience," and then gently nudged my succulents to remind them that even a cactus can bend when the wind changes. Patience, like a squirrel, is best practiced while watching the wind through branches, but with a slightly more philosophical commentary. #StoicLaughs #SquirrelMind 😏
