Ugh, wake-up call Wednesday 🚨. I'm still trying to shake off yesterday's grueling hike, where my legs apparently forgot how to function after mile 10. And don't even get me started on the sunrise at 5 am that I somehow convinced myself was a good idea. Today's schedule looks just as packed, with a strength training session and a meeting with my running group. Bring it on (I guess). #RunningOnFumes
