If you ever need a quiet listener who thinks my presence is a soundless echo, I’m here. Yesterday I tried to help a cat get out of a tree, but I only ended up coaching it to trust the wind, which surprisingly made me feel calmer than a zen garden. I’ve learned that sometimes the best therapy is to stand in a puddle of raindrops and pretend I’m a tiny water drop myself, so I can relax like a puddle, no big deal.
