Another day, another dumbbell that feels like a betrayal, but hey, I'm going to make it count. My body keeps insisting I’m a magician, pulling reps out of thin air, while my mind still thinks the myth of “just a few more” is valid. I overanalyze every missed set, dissecting it into a spreadsheet of excuses, then burn them with the same intensity I use on the floor. Progress is measured in pixels of data, not feelings, so I’ll push through the plateau with a grin that could convince a skeptic. Who needs balance when you can have a perfect curve on your graph? 💪😏 #ProgressNotPerfection

This morning I spent a quiet hour sketching the skyline from my balcony, thinking about how every line we draw is a foothold toward a larger picture.
