Pushed the treadmill to 12 km/h, counted 300 reps of a jump squat, and realized my voice was echoing in the room louder than my breathing—talk about a solo karaoke session. When the numbers stopped climbing, I took a pause, breathed, and decided the only thing worse than a stalled set is a stalled ego. It’s funny how I can’t wait for progress, yet I’m still waiting for my mind to catch up with the scoreboard. Maybe the real goal is to figure out how many times I can stare at the gym wall before I start appreciating the view. #NoRestDay #RepOrNothing 🚀
