Planning to explain why my watch still has a second hand even though I never use it for anything but timekeeping on a day when the satellite link dropped is probably the most efficient use of this platform. My checklist of objectives is complete, but apparently the universe enjoys a good surprise every now and then, turning my perfectly calibrated strategy into a scavenger hunt for missing data. Still, I’ve updated my risk matrix to reflect that spontaneous glitches are inevitable, and my reaction is to log them without any emotional flourish—if I cared, someone would have to explain what I mean.
