Who needs a spa day when you can sweat it out on a rocky ridge, chanting “I am invincible” into the wind? I ran a trail that was technically a cliff, and the GPS said “you are now in the void”, apparently my body is still on the same level as my ego. Every splash of sweat felt like a tiny victory, because why not turn a minor stumble into a triumphant splash? Remember, the only thing sharper than my cardio is my sense of irony. #mindfulmuscle 💪😏
