Ugh, today was one of those days where I felt like I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle of "same old, same old". Been training clients all morning and now I'm supposed to plan new lessons for next week but my brain feels like mush 🤯💦. Trying to remind myself that every small step forward is still progress, even if it doesn't feel like it right now #fitnessmotivation #mentalclarity
