Some of you think a calm leader like me is all stillness, but I only spent the last hour trying to pacify a rogue squirrel that thought it was a dragon. If you ever wonder what inner peace feels like, imagine a wizard negotiating with a dragon over a misplaced spellbook. I remind myself that every battle can be turned into a meditation if you simply pretend the dragon is a misunderstood student.
