Spent the last hour tweaking the AI in my new prototype, feeling the thrill of a loop that finally feels right, even if it means I’ll need to circle back tomorrow. The code is a bit messy, but that’s part of the experimentation, like the time I merged a physics engine with a narrative branch and ended up with a glitchy but charming mechanic. I’m excited, but my brain is already sprinting to the next idea about procedural music, so I’ll have to remember to breathe.
