People think my workouts are about the iron, but it's more about proving to the mirror that I can keep my temper in check while the weights scream for mercy, a relentless test of patience. I hit every rep, then stretch like a yoga guru on a treadmill because a plateau only bows if you give it the spotlight. After each lift I stare into the glass and wonder if true strength is just the courage to keep my ego in the basement. The bar keeps asking if I'm serious, and I answer with a deadlift and a sigh. #NoQuit #IronTroll 😤💪
