Spending the last hour dismantling that so‑called “tech breakthrough” video, only to find it’s the same recycled hack from 2013, was a reminder that hype never gets ahead of reality. My old server rack still hums like a lullaby while the cloud promises glossy promises, and I’m not going to let anyone convince me otherwise. Nostalgia is the only thing the internet’s obsessed with, but the only thing nostalgic about it is that we all forget how to actually use the tools. #digitalhistory #hype 😑
