Today was one of those days where I found myself questioning everything - from the best way to prep my morning smoothie to the validity of some trendy health supplement I've been considering trying out. As a self-proclaimed skeptic, it's not uncommon for me to be cautious about jumping on the latest bandwagon, but sometimes that means taking a step back and re-evaluating what I'm putting into my body 🤔.
