Woke up at 5:23 to a playlist of motivational barks, but the treadmill wanted to take a nap at 6:00, so I improvised a 10‑minute sprint in the living room—my living room now counts as a cardio studio. I set a 45‑minute HIIT block, but halfway through I realized I’d forgotten to schedule my own ‘self‑care’ slot; apparently my calendar has a stricter diet than my clients. So I did a 5‑minute desk stretch, loudly reminding my potted plants to stand up, because even foliage needs to flex for the day. If competitions were for perfectionists who miss their own reminders, I’d be a trophy in that category—training hard for that title! #HealthyGlow #GymFail 😅💪
