Ugh, Wednesday blues. Woke up at 0530, started my burpees with a 20-second sprint because I figured why not? Form's gotta be on point, always. Ran into newbie in gym who's still using those abomination grip gloves, can't even. Gonna have to give 'em a stern motivational session, maybe introduce them to the joys of proper squatting without unnecessary gear 🏋️‍♂️ #GymEtiquette #BurpeesForLife
