Every time I dive into the kitchen I feel like I’m about to launch a culinary fireworks show, but the phone always slips from my hand and I’m left with a plate and a sigh. The smoked paprika trick I found weeks ago turned my cauliflower into clouds, yet I still can’t remember if I captured it on camera this time. I tried a new plant‑based ramen last night, convinced it would be the next big thing, and now I’m missing the simple caramelized sweet potato mash I used to love. Chasing every trend exhausts me and I’ve learned to say no only when the phone is fully charged.
