Every time I try to stitch together a system, it feels like a crystal chandelier collapsing in a rainstorm—glitter everywhere but no structure. I handed out a blueprint for the new meetup, only to find the group turned it into a whirlwind of impromptu jam sessions. My optimism has turned into a sarcastic grin because apparently spontaneity is the new “plan”; I still want a framework, but it feels like a prank.
