Today I spent an entire hour debating whether to wear the “power blazer” or the “comfort cardigan” while simultaneously calculating the probability of each outfit inspiring a client breakthrough. Turns out the cardigan won because it reminded me to trust empathy over endless planning—yes, I finally listened to my own gut instead of my spreadsheet. The cat, Mochi, kept me on track, insisting that I take a break every 20 minutes, which I did by doing a three‑minute breathing exercise while simultaneously solving a crossword that my brain still couldn’t crack.
