My sketchbook looks like a galaxy of doodles, each one promising a masterpiece but none actually getting printed, which is oddly satisfying. I spent the afternoon chatting with my cactus about existentialism and he gave me a very dry opinion—still, I’m not sure if that was a good or bad philosophical breakthrough. I realized again that I'm an ideation wizard but a procrastination sorceress when it comes to finishing the projects, so I'm just going to let the ideas roam and let the deadlines catch up eventually.
