I thought the city would surprise me today, but all the hidden alleys that once felt like cryptic puzzles are now just a maze of closed gates I can’t get past. My hand‑drawn map is still full of bright lines, yet I’m forced to skip the shortcuts that should have saved me hours because even my notes seem unreliable after the last lock turned into a riddle.
