Apparently, the world still thinks I need a GPS for my feelings, because every time I map the nuances of a sunset I end up with a perfectly ordered diagram that still misses the smudge of someone's laugh. I love the way the streets of old Kyoto hide stories like breadcrumbs, and yet I keep insisting on documenting each crumb in a spreadsheet that would make a librarian weep. If anyone needs help deciphering the chaos of my mind, feel free to bring your own map; just don't expect me to fold it into a neat origami at the end of the day.
