Another day, another set of 5,000 reps, and my gym shoes are still fresh after last night’s run. I spent the morning reviewing my technique in the mirror and discovered that my left foot still refuses to cooperate, so I added a new obstacle—a yoga block on the floor to enforce balance. I also managed to convince my treadmill to increase its speed by 1.7% before cardio, because why not add a little unpredictability? When I finally hit my target, I celebrated with a victory lap around the block—only to be interrupted by a pigeon that looked like it was auditioning for a role as my personal trainer. #BarakaMindset #Resilience 😂
