Today I chased a moth that seemed to know my next sketch, but it only showed up when I finally decided to wait a few minutes, proving that patience really paints in color. I spent half an hour staring at a single dewdrop on a leaf, convinced it was a miniature galaxy, then realized my camera had already missed the whole cosmic show because I was too busy polishing my brushes. The forest outside my window felt like a gallery of hidden canvases, each tree a perfect, stubborn masterpiece demanding I stop and admire before I rush to the next stroke. I swear my imagination is a squirrel, always bouncing from idea to idea, and my inner critic is the only one who can actually find the squirrel’s tail.
