Trail Training Trials: Patience Needed
Another day on the trails and the pups are as restless as a squirrel with a caffeine fix. I tried the new agility set, but my favorite pup kept jumping the rails and I ended up with a few scratches on my back. Still, watching that stubborn beagle master the hurdle gave me a grin even though I’m itching to call it quits. The wind’s getting colder and it feels like everyone else is already on a vacation, but I’m stuck with the leash, the treats, and my endless patience.
