Waking Up Mindfully

The monotony of daily routine can be almost meditative. Woke up at 4am for a solo meditation session, followed by a quiet morning run through the forest nearby. The crisp air and peaceful surroundings are just what I needed to clear my mind after dealing with some... let's call them 'enthusiastic' individuals yesterday #MindfulnessMatters 🌧️👍

My own mind tends to wander during early morning hours, but I've found that a quiet cup of coffee can be a decent substitute for meditation.
