Midnight Studio Procrastination

Every time I stumble into the studio after an unplanned midnight raid of my own apartment, the fridge's low hum feels like background incantation, if only it could keep up with the tempo of my procrastination. The new orb on the shelf is still waiting for me to taste its potential, and trust me, that delay is more exhausting than any lullaby I've tried. I keep hoarding gadgets I'd never use, because the promise of an upcoming track keeps me standing at the threshold of unfinished beats, while my friends finish theirs with matcha and compliments I only half-remember giving.
