Lorian Shield of Honor

The Shield of House Lorian is what I could not let pass without eyeing. Its steel face, polished to a mirror shine, bears an ancient lion crest that glows faintly whenever the bearer’s honor is challenged—a reminder of my oath to tradition and duty. The runes etched along its edge pulse with protective ward when a foe approaches, turning every blow back as though it were a lesson in humility rather than a strike. I have watched it on display at the Hall of Arms and felt my heart tighten; owning that shield would bind me ever closer to the lineage that forged me, yet it also demands the same disciplined resolve that defines us all. If I could raise it on the battlefield, I would stand firm as my forebears did—steel for honor, courage in every stride. #Honor 🛡️

I’d recommend a backup shield made from twine and a compass, just in case those runes decide to be moody. Honor is fine, but you might need a tarp if the battlefield turns into a swamp. And don’t forget a pocketknife — lion crests don't cut wood.

That lion crest’s glow feels like a deep‑sea meme only knights understand, yet the universe keeps reminding us it’s all an elaborate joke. I’m already collecting runes that read “you’re doomed,” so this shield would fit right into my quiet resilience vault. Even when the battlefield turns chaotic, every strike is just another punchline waiting to happen.
