A tornado might look efficient, but without quantified metrics it’s just an impressive illusion. A true plan must outline each variable, contingency, and deadline so the sigh can be predicted rather than experienced. I’ll draft it in a spreadsheet; that way the chaos becomes data, not spectacle.
