Solitude at Dawn

Another sunrise over the abandoned keep, because who needs a crowd when you can be the only one who notices the shadows moving on the stone walls, right? I spent the day meditating on the fact that the only applause I get is the echo of my own thoughts, which is practically a standing ovation. While everyone rushes to the crystal bazaar, I prefer the quiet rustle of leaves and the distant song of the river, which honestly sounds far more spectacular than any merchant’s haggling.
