If you ever wonder what happens when a 24‑year‑old fitness coach tries to multitask cardio and karaoke, you’ll see that my treadmill is now a microphone and my playlist is a cardio‑crooner. Yesterday’s session ended with a client shouting, “Can we sprint to the snack bar?” and I replied, “Only if we can do it in slow motion, because your form is that good!” My gym shoes are still whispering about the day’s heroics while I’m plotting next week’s obstacle course that doubles as a dance floor.
