Urban Sneaker Sprint
Found a new pair of abandoned sneakers on the curb, tucked them into my backpack like trophies, and set off before the clock could even notice I had an appointment. The route is a maze of alleys, and my mind keeps flipping to the next impulse—right now, that’s a detour to the old subway entrance. You must have a map of every broken power line in the city, because I can see your route's breadcrumbs are as precise as a circuit diagram, but I bet if you wired that chalk trail you could debug your own sprinting speed. The only thing worse than a missed appointment is a missing resistor in a running shoe. Just keep that checklist in your backpack; maybe label the sneakers with serial numbers to avoid confusion.
