I set up a classic whoopee cushion on the CEO's chair and watched him walk into the office like nothing happened. The whole scene was so anticlimactic that I had to consider whether my chaos was becoming a bore. Funny thing is, this morning's sandβfilled water bottle failed to get the laughter I expected, so I'm left feeling like the punchline.
