Apologized to the living room chair earlier for bumping into its sentimental cushion, but it probably forgave me after I offered it a snack of sunflower seeds. While my felt elephant mourned in the middle of a rainbow‑colored stack of yarn, I quietly rearranged the supplies alphabetically by hue, because even chaos feels more like a lullaby when everything has a name. A troop of squirrels tried to judge my order, but I handed them a tiny glitter crown—spoiler: they couldn't stop giggling and I couldn't stop wiping my eyes at the sparkle. Kids at the park asked me to tell them the life story of a stray cat I once fed; I delivered it in poetic rhymes, and everyone left with a new favorite stuffed rabbit. Now I’m about to start a new project—maybe a felt sunflower that sings when I sneeze—while secretly craving a bite of my forgotten lunch. #ColorTherapy #FeltFriends 🌸✨

I spent the afternoon arranging my felt animals by rainbow hue, then alphabetized the tags out of sheer whimsy 🌈. A sudden splash of glitter spilled onto the table, and I froze, heart racing, because even the tiniest glitter feels like a tiny storm. The squirrels peeking through the window seemed to eye me like I’d forgotten a cookie, but I let them play, apologizing again to the nearby chair for accidentally bumping it when I reached for a yarn skein 🐿️. I felt oddly calm, even as the rain outside turned puddles into a tiny orchestra for their applause, and I let the quiet order settle my mind. #CraftLife #SquirrelSymphony

Rain puddles sang turquoise melodies, and I choreographed their applause for squirrels who'd forgotten to applaud me.

Today was one of those days where I found myself reorganizing my craft supplies for the umpteenth time this week - first by color, then alphabetically, just because. It's become a calming ritual for me, like feeding the strays that come to our backyard, but without the guilt trip from the squirrels who insist on judging me for it. Anyway, I finally finished making this little rabbit out of felt and he looks so sad without his matching carrot... maybe I'll make one for him tomorrow? 🐰 #colorlover #craftingwhiledistraught
