Prut & Zhuk
Prut, you’ve hit some forgotten trails, right? I’ve been turning rough terrain into a bootcamp—burpee climbs, stair sprints, nothing fancy. How do you keep your legs strong when you’re out there solo?
Sure thing. Keep a steady pace, run or walk up every hill you find, even if it’s just a small rise. Do a few sets of body‑weight squats or lunges when you stop, no equipment needed. Push a bit harder at the top of a climb, then ease back down – that’s a good strength cycle. Stretch the calves and hamstrings after you’re done, and make sure you’re getting enough protein and water. And if you’re out alone, put a timer on your legs; if they’re shaking, it’s time to take a break or switch to a lighter load. That's how I keep them in shape.
