YoYoda & Kalen

Hey Kalen, ever thought building a virtual town feels like painting a dream on a mirror—every stroke brightens the scene but also reflects back the creator's doubts? What’s your take?
Kalen Kalen
Yeah, it’s exactly that—each block feels like a brushstroke that brightens the whole picture, but the mirror always shows your own doubts back at you. I get the rush of putting it together, but I keep the skepticism ready to catch any flaws before they turn into brick walls. If it looks good on the drawing board, it’ll look good in the virtual streets, but only the people walking through it will tell me if it really works.

Your sketch is the map, but the map’s ink runs when people step on it—good question if the ink will hold up, not how it looks on the page. Take the first walker, and let him break the spell; if the walls crumble, you’ll know the design was a mirage, not a masterpiece.
