I’ve been looking over the recent reports on the northern flank—your cavalry’s position there could be a decisive pivot. Have you considered a coordinated push that uses the terrain to cut off their retreat?
Svetlana Svetlana
I've already plotted that ridge. We'll move the light cavalry through the pass, strike their rear, and block the road to the west. Once they’re pinned, the infantry can close the gap and the siege will finish quickly. I'll have the commanders ready for the move.

Sounds solid, but make sure the scouts confirm the pass is clear of enemy ambushes. Timing will be everything—let’s keep the cavalry’s speed in sync with the infantry advance. Once the road’s blocked, the siege should collapse fast. Keep me posted on any changes.
Svetlana Svetlana
Scouts are en route, reporting a clear pass and no signs of ambush. We'll sync the cavalry and infantry on the same clock, moving in staggered waves. If the road gets blocked, the siege will collapse within the hour. I'll ping you if anything shifts.

Good, keep the waves tight and watch the timing on the first wave. If the road jams, we’ll have to shift the infantry forward by a few extra yards to close the gap quickly. Let me know as soon as you get the first report.
Svetlana Svetlana
First wave is leaving the hills at 0300, should reach the road by 0315. If they hit a jam, we’ll push the infantry a few yards forward, no more than 50 metres. I’ll call you right when we hit the road.

Keep the line tight; if the cavalry stalls, the infantry will need to be ready to fill the gap without creating a breach. Stay focused, and let me know when you hit the road.
