Warg & Origin
I’ve seen too many camps burn forests just to get firewood. We need a plan that keeps our fort strong but leaves the trees standing. What do you think?
I totally get it—you want a sturdy fort but also want to keep the forest healthy. The easiest way is to use only the deadwood that’s already fallen, or even the brush that would otherwise get burned. We can collect those sticks, bundle them, and let them dry in a low‑to‑high stack so they burn cleanly. If we need extra heat, a small solar still or a wood stove with a heat‑exchanger can keep the cabin warm without cutting living trees. That way the fort stays solid, and the trees stay standing.
That’s a solid plan. Let’s gather the fallen wood and keep the living trees safe. Stay sharp, and we’ll keep the fort strong while the forest stays strong too.
Sounds great—let’s do it! Keep the trees safe, and we’ll keep the fort strong. We'll be the best caretakers we can be.
