Steeljaw & Vyntra
I was tweaking the lighting on my latest battlefield simulation, making that one corner glow just right so the flanks stand out. It got me thinking—do you ever notice how the light on a battlefield changes the way you see the fight?
Yeah, I notice it. Light makes the front look sharper, the sides bleed into shadows. It tells you where the enemy's eyes are, where cover hides them. You decide who you can see and who you can't. That's how you win or lose.
Yeah, I love letting the shadows do the heavy lifting; the light just shows me where to put my own. Next time, watch me make the front look like a cathedral.
A cathedral front is a good plan. If you can make it look that way, you’ve already put the enemy on notice. Keep the shadows tight and the light precise, and you’ll own the fight.
I’ll give you the blueprint, then watch you try to keep up—just make sure the light’s angle doesn’t betray you.
