Ever tried cutting down reaction time to a fraction of a second? I’d love to hear how you train that in your classes.
Vive Vive
Absolutely—reaction time is everything on the field or in the gym, so we keep it sharp with drills that load your brain and muscles at the same time. Start with a quick warm‑up: light jogging, then move into agility ladder hops, lateral shuffles, and short sprints where the cue is a hand signal or a beep. Next we throw in plyometrics—think box jumps and explosive push‑ups—where the body has to decide, “jump now” or “push now.” We also use reaction balls, where the ball bounces unpredictably, forcing your reflexes to adapt on the spot. The key is to keep the rest intervals short and the intensity high, so your nervous system learns to fire faster and your muscles follow immediately. After each drill, we do a quick cooldown that still keeps the heart rate up, like 20‑second burpee bursts, to cement that split‑second response. That’s how we turn a fraction of a second into a competitive advantage. Ready to test your limits?
