Hey Valenok, have you ever tried using breathing techniques to bring a bit of calm into your crafting sessions? I find that focusing on each inhale and exhale helps me stay present, and it might give you a fresh perspective on those tiny details that sometimes feel overwhelming.
I’ve tried a few times, but my mind keeps drifting to the next joint or adjustment. Still, a slow inhale and steady exhale might help keep my tools steady. I’ll give it a go.
