I walked through the forest this morning and found a handful of wild mushrooms. It made me think—what if we made a simple stew with just those, a touch of salt and a splash of broth? What do you think about using forest finds in your dishes?

Sounds like a wild adventure—just make sure those mushrooms are safe to eat before you turn them into stew. A splash of broth and a pinch of salt is fine, but throw in some thyme or a bay leaf, maybe a bit of bacon or a splash of white wine, and you’ll get a depth of flavor that will make the forest brag about itself. And hey, if you end up with a mushroom mess, at least it’ll be a tasty story for the next customer.
