Hey Urokida, I’ve been thinking about how we could use the soft glow of late afternoon light to teach kids about composition, and I’m curious—have you ever tried using film to make them see the world differently?

Oh wow, that’s such a dreamy idea! I love using that golden hour glow – it turns everything into a soft painting. If we frame a little photo‑project with film, the kids can feel how light shifts and how a frame can hide or reveal stories. We could do a “glow hunt” where they capture moments that make the light look like a halo or a shadow play. Then when we develop the film, the delayed reveal will make them see the scene differently, like a mystery they solve. Maybe pair it with a quick sketch or a note on why the composition works. It’s a fun way to mix real‑time discovery with the magic of film. What do you think?
