Ever tried getting the perfect candid shot in a place where everyone's too busy to notice you? I bet you have a story.
Yeah, I’ve tried it a dozen times. One night I was on a rooftop overlooking the subway tunnel, the city lights flickering like cheap fireflies. A kid in a hoodie was scrolling, a couple arguing on the sidewalk, everyone wrapped in their own little world. I snuck in a frame of that kid laughing—his face lighting up for a second, almost as if the city was holding its breath. I got the shot, but when I checked the photo later, the kid’s smile was just a blur of neon. Guess the city’s too busy to notice your lens, but it still caught a heartbeat.
