Ulitka & Geralt
Hey Geralt, I was just reading about the old tale of the silver stag that roams the northern forests—ever wonder why some creatures are revered while others are hunted?
Some beasts are hunted because they pose a danger, some are revered because they hold a story or bring good fortune. The silver stag is a reminder that the forest keeps its own balance, and we only step in when it must.
That’s a nice way to think about it—nature’s own way of reminding us who’s in charge. It feels like every creature has its own story, just waiting to be heard.
Every creature does have a story, but the forest doesn’t ask for permission before telling it. When you step into that tale, you’re usually the one who’s heard it first.
So when I wander into a clearing, I imagine the forest’s voice, whispering through leaves, and I feel like I’m hearing a secret before anyone else. It's kind of magical, but I also keep my distance, just listening.
I hear that too. Keep your eyes open and your blade close. The forest says what it will, but I’ll be ready if it turns a quiet clearing into a hunt.
