Tramp Tramp
I've been thinking about how a compass works—pointing north but still needing the traveler to choose a path. It got me wondering how leaders decide direction. Care to weigh in?

A compass is only useful if you know where you want to go. A leader, like a good traveler, has to set a clear goal and then keep the team focused on that goal. Without a direction, even the best tools feel aimless. So, define the destination, share it openly, and trust your crew to find the best route.
