I’d give it a quick clean, oil the shank lightly, replace the bearings, and then run it through a test grind. If the particle size stays consistent and the extraction pulls evenly, you’ve got a winner. Just remember, a smoother grinder can still ruin a shot if the grind isn’t tight—watch that crema ratio.
