Sure thing. Lock the filter to the 50‑70 Hz band, roll off everything above 200 Hz to cut the chatter, and boost the sub‑bass a notch or two. That’ll make each footfall punch through the ambient hiss. If the mic’s still playing tricks, try a de‑esser on the 400‑600 Hz range; it usually masks those sneaky thumps. Give it a go and let me know if you’re still hearing ghosts.
