Sure thing, but keep the wattage under 100 W so the hallway’s only a whisper of the chaos. Place the speakers 1.2 m from the wall, 0.5 m above the floor, and angle them 30 degrees toward the center of the room. Flip the polarity on the left channel only; the phase will flip the sound, making it feel like the speakers are shouting back at the hallway but still staying quiet enough for the neighbors.
